Our handling boxes have direct links to the National Curriculum and contain original and replica artefacts to aid students’ learning about different subjects. Also included in the boxes are interpretation cards and activity suggestions.
There are eight different Object Handling Boxes available to borrow:

- Anglo-Saxons
- Leicester Industries: Past and Present
- The Stone Age
- Fossils
The boxes are available to collect from Leicester Museum & Art Gallery and cost £55.00 for a two-week loan.
