The civilisation of ancient Greece had an enormous impact on western philosophy, politics, theatre and the arts. Taking on the role of historians, children can examine different styles of decorated pottery to discover what they can reveal about life, rituals and beliefs. Other real and replica objects in this box explore Greek mythology, the Olympic Games and everyday life in a complex society.
