Museums can help
You can support your physical and mental wellbeing by connecting with other people, being active, stopping to take notice of what is around you, learning something new and giving your time, or knowledge to others. These actions are known as the ‘five ways to wellbeing’ and a museum visit is a great way to practice them all.
