Join us this Halloween and throughout the winter months for a spine-chilling Ghost Walk around Leicester.

Discover the darker side of the city as we explore new locations, uncover new stories and revisit some old favourites - from haunted buildings to tales of strange sightings and unexplained happenings.

Step into the darker side of Leicester on a chilling journey through the city’s historic streets. Hear tales of ghosts, unexplained happenings, strange encounters and grisly events as your guide reveals the stories lurking behind some of Leicester’s most familiar buildings and hidden corners. Discover centuries-old legends alongside more recent accounts of paranormal activity, and see the city from a very different perspective. Prepare for an atmospheric walk filled with intrigue, mystery and the unexpected, and finish at one of the city’s most actively haunted venues.

Your guide, Shaun Knapp, is the author of High Flying Around (I & II) and Mods: Two City Connection. He was also co-curator of the Mods: Shaping a Generation and Punk: Rage and Revolution exhibitions which were recently held at Leicester Museum. Shaun previously worked for the museum service, helped establish the guided walks program for Leicester and has first-hand experience of strange ghostly happenings, hauntings and occurrences within Leicester City Centre.
