• Leicester city Kente and African Beads festival - exhibition and lecture featuring Ghanaian Krobo beads made from recycled glass


• Dance, drumming, fashion and lecture from the Leicester and Leicestershire African Network


• Display of woven textiles and basketry from Listen to Africa


• Learn traditional Caribbean and African games with Brian Simmonds
