Summer Holiday Railway Days

Event Description

Come and enjoy a ride on the diesel driven Narrow Gauge Railway this summer!

The Railway will be running for just £1 per ride on the day. 

Train Rides running between 11.30am - 4pm on the following dates:

• Tuesday 14th July


• Tuesday 21st July


• Tuesday 28th July


• Tuesday 4th August


• Tuesday 11th August


• Tuesday 18th August

Why not bring a picnic to enjoy in the wonderful grounds, either at a picnic table or bring your own blanket. Entry to the museum and grounds is free plus the switch room café will be open for light refreshments.

Please note: all children must be accompanied by an adult on the diesel driven train rides. If you require any assistance please speak to a member of staff.

Pay by cash at the station or by card at reception/ café.

*Please also note: there is no car parking on site. Nearest parking is at the adjacent pay and display car park at the Space Centre.
