Free event showcasing food grown in wheelbarrows by Leicester school children. Join us for a free day out celebrating the Grow Your Own Grub Competition!

Activities include:

• View the Mealbarrows created by local schools and vote for your favourite


• Enjoy a ride on a train with Railway Day (train rides cost 50p, cash only)


• See inside our new electric library book bus, enjoy free craft activities, story telling and more


• Free entry to the museum
