Art Class Inspired by Abbey Pumping Station

Event Description

A relaxed, inspiring and friendly workshop.

Enjoy a creative class as part of the Abbey Pumping Station Food & Craft Fair, with experienced art teacher, Hayley.

Participants in this workshop will be provided with references linked to the venue but will also be encouraged to spend time taking their own photos or making sketches before working on designs inspired by the surroundings. There will be a focus on composition and mark making with dry materials and acrylic paints will be provided for those who wish to develop their studies into paintings.

Hayley loves to provide relaxed, inspiring and friendly spaces that allow people to enjoy creativity, so why not be inspired by Leicester’s stunning Victorian architecture.

Entry to the Abbey Pumping Station Food & Craft Fair is included in the ticket.
