Event Description
Create a simple and beautiful paperback A5 book, with the traditional Japanese stab hand-binding method.
Using bookbinding tools you'll be shown how to select and work with suitable threads, waxes and needles, hand-sewing single sheets of drawing cartridge papers and covers together. Finish off your book by handprinting a book cover choosing from a selection of linocut designs from Mandeep’s Garden Birds of Britain collection.
About the Tutor
