Abbey Pumping Station is an unique venue that can host anything from weddings and large celebration parties to corporate events, meetings and children's parties. It is a quirky venue that can do it all.

The site has basic facilities to enable external caterers to use as a catering base. External caterers are permitted to bring on site catering equipment providing they produce all relevant documentation to ensure all electrical equipment is certificated in advance. Gas powered catering equipment is not permitted in any of our indoor spaces including our marquee facilities.

Spaces for hire
Electric Switch Room - can accommodate up to 50 persons. It has sinks with space to prepare food and drinks. Projector and screen are available. Ideal for children's parties, smaller functions and meetings.
Marquee – situated in its own separated space, our marquee which is perfect for summer BBQs, bouncy castles or food vans; the only limit is your imagination. The marquee itself seats up to 200 guests banquet style and has plenty of space to put in a dance floor to party the night away. Our science themed playground is situated next to the marquee so guests can grab a drink and relax while watching their children happily play away.
