Leicester Museums & Galleries will have different opening times than normal during the Christmas period 2025. Please find the details for each of our Museums that are open over this time:
Leicester Museum & Art Gallery
Monday to Friday: 11am - 4.30pm
Saturday and Sunday: 11am - 5pm
During Christmas 2025, Leicester Museum & Art Gallery will be closed on the following dates:
- 24th, 25th and 26th December
- 31st December and 1st January 2026
Leicester Guildhall
Monday - Sunday: 11am - 4.30pm
During Christmas 2025, Leicester Guildhall will be closed on the following dates:
- 24th, 25th and 26th December
- 31st December and 1st January 2026
King Richard III Visitor Centre
Monday - Friday & Sunday: 10am until 4pm
Saturday:10am until 5pm
During Christmas 2025, The King Richard III Visitor Centre will be closed on the following dates:
- 24th, 25th and 26th December
- 31st December and 1st January 2026
The King Richard III Visitor Centre will also closed between 5th - 16th January 2026.
Jewry Wall
Monday - Friday & Sunday: 10am until 4pm
Saturday:10am until 5pm
During Christmas 2025, Jewry Wall will be closed on the following dates:
- 24th, 25th and 26th December
- 31st December and 1st January 2026
Jewry Wall will also closed between 5th - 16th January 2026.
